The company

Bicicletaria Azores is a bike rental shop in São Miguel, in Fajã de Baixo. It rents mountain, gravel, and electric bikes so visitors can ride lagoons, viewpoints, and roads across the island.

The challenge

The old site had an outdated, weaker design that no longer helped bring in clients. The shop wanted a strong image. The booking form was also too simple: it did not give enough control over the reservation.

The solution

We changed the image from scratch, following references they liked. We built a custom form that books down to the smallest detail: number of people, bike type, heights, extras, pedal type, and dates.

The result

Everything is run from a simple, intuitive, centralized backoffice. Bicicletaria Azores now has a new image and a booking system at its own level.
