The company

FIT — Fabrico e Instalações Técnicas — is an Azorean company based in São Miguel. For about 20 years it has designed and installed solutions for homes and businesses: air conditioning, CCTV, solar, pools, heat pumps, and more. A team of 49 people, available on almost every island.

The challenge

They were no longer satisfied with the software they had. It was too confusing for day-to-day work, and they wanted something built around how FIT actually operates — not another generic tool.

The solution

We designed and built a backoffice and an app around FIT. For the team: clients, jobs, equipment, and the day-to-day of each installation, with a clear experience. In the app, technicians have much better control over what they need to do: simple, intuitive, with all the information they need.

The result

The office and the technicians now work in the same system, clear and built around FIT. Less confusion, more control in the field.
