The company

Next Energy is an Azorean energy company. It installs and runs solar systems in buildings across several islands, and follows production, consumption, and maintenance day to day.

The challenge

Next Energy needed its own system to run operations and give clients visibility into solar production, consumption, and maintenance. Spreadsheets and generic tools were no longer enough.

The solution

We designed and built a full backoffice and a mobile app. For the team: clients, buildings, equipment, maintenance, support tickets, and permissions. For the client: a building dashboard, production, consumption, and a live energy-flow view.

The result

A base to scale the service: centralized operations for the team, and a simple experience for the end client to follow what is happening in the building.

The client

For this project, we wanted a custom application that would meet our specific needs, both in functionality and in the experience for our clients.
